AUTO PIC SETUP

To work bloom plugin (colour profilepic) you need to do following settings

Go to heroku Desktop view Your app( it mean click on the app name you given when you are creating userbot) Settings Reveal config vars

Add key and value

And the key is

DOWNLOAD_PFP_URL_CLOCK

The value for it will be telegraph link of any image
